Because the happines we find in goodness is natural but which we find after something bad is real happiness.  happiness not comes with big houses, big luxury cars, full chill mode life, i saw many people who have everything but not inner peace. Home based food comparison with junk

              Home based food than junk? why  Firstly we talk about the difference between both of food. homebased food including hygenic , less processed food more energetic more tasty. on the otherside junk food is more attractive to us, we start cravings or mouth waterings, it looks more colourful and more delicious but in reality , this is not actual peace of our heart. peace beings with a home, and also with homebased food. the people who completely relay on junk becz of their own circumstances and problems. They never know the taste of actual food and their taste and also dnt know about their hidden health problems which are caused by their so called attractive food.  Homebased food is all my heart and heart of many those people who have this golden time to spend at home and enjoy homebased food.  In short real happiness is homebased food.

          Let some talk about whole carbohydrate and   a bowl full of nutrients.  In this picture, here is whole wheat chappati with mix vegetables including peas, tomatoes,potatoes, greens, carrots, capsicum and others like garlic ginger etc. Now what do think that why i am posting this one? becz i am here to share my views on nutrition and to aware u about their alot benefits. whole wheat chappati means u consume enough carbohydrate for ur body to get energy, even when u r on diet u hv to consume not whole but half of it. as some about veges, this mix vege curry is my all time favourite food. because of it cheerful colours but also becz it is full of taste, flavour and energy.
