    Home Preserved Food 

Preservation means to increase the shelf life of food or food products by using different preservatives to avoid food from spoilage and rottening. 

Preservation is the method which has various benefits and minimal disadvantages if it handle properly. Preservation of almost everything is possible. 
but here my topic of discussion is FOOD PRESERVATION




Food preservation is both at home-level and industrial level to make food safest and prevent from spoilage. 
Food preservation at home level is diffcuilt but somehow we can do it and if we can do it then we can have experience of how to make it more good and what to avoid. 
here are so many examples like pickle preservation is the oldest and traditional product which we prepare and preserved for months and years. 
as like jams, many other things meat products, dairy products etc.
Home preserved food has not as maximum life span than the industrial one.
but in my opinion home preserved food is much better than industrial one beacause here we use natural things, oils, glutan etc but if we talk about industrial , they use chemicals, and other harmful substances to increase shelf life of food, which can destory our health badly.
so as a nutertionist and dietitcan i always and always preferred home based food things than the industrial ones.
